Do you have gut health issues
and struggle with mental
health too?
If so - welcome, I’m so glad
you’re here, and I hear you.

What if I told you your anxiety, stress,
or depression isn’t just “all in your head”
and could actually be linked to
what’s in your gut?

When you restore balance to your gut, you increase your
ability to restore balance to your overall health.

You are not alone…I get you, I’ve been there.

Connecting gut health and mental health for overall health

Highly Specialized
I work with people who have GI issues and have also experienced trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, or stress.

Highly Individualized
I look at gut health and overall lifestyle to create individualized therapeutic recommendations to bring balance back to your gut and overall life - addressing the whole person.

It all starts with
a free 15-minute phone call, here’s how I can help:

Gut Balancing

We will assess all the various factors impacting your gut function and health. This includes dietary intake, medical history, and various lifestyle factors to assess the whole person.

Our gut and our brain are deeply interconnected, each with the ability to influence the other. What we eat can affect signaling from our gut to our brain (which impacts mood), just as our stress levels/mood can influence what goes on with our gut function.
